On November 18th, the STWNO Psychological Counseling Service will be offering an interactive workshop on developing potential and mental strength through positive psychology. Registration required!

Discover the world of Positive Psychology

Our interactive workshop focuses on three topics that will help you develop mental strength and make your life and studies (more) successful:

1. Well-being and the experience of happiness: Mental health means more than the mere absence of mental problems and stress. Find out more about an important aspect of mental health and learn why you need to preserve and deepen or re-experience moments of happiness.

2. Personal character strengths: Learn how to recognize and use your strengths to achieve your goals and promote personal growth.

3. Self-criticism and inner mindfulness: We don't usually treat ourselves as well as we treat our friends. Learn more about the art of inner mindfulness and kindness to reduce stress and overcome self-doubt. The goal should be to become our inner ally instead of our enemy.

The workshop provides you with tools and techniques to develop robust mental resilience to master the challenges of studying while promoting personal well-being.

We work with imaginations, reflection exercises in written form and individual work, group discussions and input & information transfer with supporting power point slides.
