Im Mittelpunkt des Workshops steht das Thema Toleranz. Die Teilnehmenden arbeiten mit der Workshopleiterin Christiane Öttl an der Entwicklung eines gemeinsamen Songs, der sich künstlerisch mit Offenheit, Respekt und Vielfalt auseinandersetzt. Der Workshop richtet sich gleichermaßen an Musiker*innen und Texter*innen – unabhängig davon, ob bereits Vorkenntnisse vorhanden sind.
Der Workshop dauert drei Stunden. Doch auch im Anschluss haben die Teilnehmenden ohne die Dozentin noch Zeit, im Musikübungsraum an ihren Ideen zu feilen.
Der im Workshop entstandene Song wird am 5. Juni im Rahmen der Veranstaltung „60 Minutes for Tolerance“ des Studierendenwerks erstmals öffentlich aufgeführt. Die Veranstaltung findet auf einer Kulturbühne auf dem Mensavorplatz statt und bietet ein vielfältiges Kulturprogramm.
Die Workshopleiterin Christiane Öttl bringt nicht nur jede Menge Know-how mit, sondern versteht es auch, Talente zu fördern und aus einer Gruppe von Einzelpersonen ein kreatives Kollektiv zu formen. Egal ob du eher für Texte brennst oder lieber an Harmonien tüftelst – hier bist du richtig!
Your sound for a strong message! The workshop focuses on the topic of tolerance. Participants will work with workshop leader Christiane Öttl to develop a song together that deals with openness, respect and diversity. The workshop is aimed equally at musicians and lyricists - regardless of whether they already have previous knowledge. The workshop lasts three hours. Afterwards, participants will still have time to work on their ideas in the music practice room without the instructor. The song created in the workshop will be performed in public for the first time on June 5 as part of the Studierendenwerk's “60 Minutes for Tolerance” event. The event will take place on a cultural stage on the Mensa forecourt and offers a diverse cultural program.
