- Please contact the Cultural Office at least four weeks before your event.
- Before using our equipment, you must complete a short introduction to event technology and can then use the equipment independently.
- The user is responsible for transporting the equipment.
- From the moment the equipment is handed over, the user is liable for it. The Studierendenwerk is not liable for unforeseen damage!
