Choose a rehearsal room where you want to rehearse and reserve your rehearsal time online. Simply click on a time slot.

You have a minimum of 2 hours and a maximum of 4 hours of rehearsal time available per week. New: You have more flexibility in choosing your slots and can also book two separate 1-hour slots. Please note: It is technically not possible to book a single 1-hour slot.

Booking Your First Two Hours

In the first step of the booking process, you can book 2 one-hour rehearsal slots. Important: Both one-hour bookings must take place in the same rehearsal room.

If there is two 1-hour slots are available after each other in the same room, you can also book 2 hours at a time. Since our booking system does not automatically combine these reservations, the two hours must be booked separately.

Your reservation for the next two hours

For equal opportunities for all students, the 2nd booking is only possible after a blocking period of 5 days after the start of the room allocation (06.10.2026).

After the blocking period of 5 days you can book another 2 hours of rehearsal time. You can also choose a different rehearsal room for these additional hours.

The times you have reserved are stored in the system for 7 days.  Within these times you have to pick up the key/transponder in our info point/service office and pay the fee. After that, the practice room is available to you until the end of the semester! The keys/transponders must be returned by the end of the semester at the latest, otherwise a reservation in the following semester is not possible!

Important: After 7 days the online reservation expires automatically and is shown in the system as free time! So make sure to pay in time at the Info Point/Servicebüro Mensacard.

*The fee is waived for residents of the Ritter-von-Schoch-Strasse housing complex. Please bring your proof of tenancy ("Miet-Nachweis") to the Information Point in order to sign the current key receipt.
