The Bavarian state government has suspended these measures for the time being:

Due to rising incidences in Bavaria, stricter corona measures ("regional hotspot regulation") apply in cities and districts with incidences above 1,000. Public life is largely shut down. The canteens and cafeterias of the Studentenwerk are also affected.

Due to current coronavirus ordinances, the following changes apply to the operation of the canteens and cafeterias:

European Campus Rottal-Inn in Pfarrkirchen:

  • The Pfarrkirchen cafeteria will have to close from November 29, 2021 until the infection situation improves.

Deggendorf Institute of Technology:

  • Mensa TH Deggendorf: Update: Since the incidence in the Deggendorf district fell below 1,000 for five days in a row, it can again be consumed indoors from December 2, 2021. Consumption - including taking away food - is only possible with a 2 G certificate.
  • Cafeteria in the canteen building: Update: Since the incidence in the Deggendorf district fell below 1,000 for five days in a row, it can again be consumed indoors from December 2, 2021. Consumption - including taking away food - is only possible with a 2 G certificate.
  • The cafeteria in the K building will have to close from November 29, 2021 until the infection situation improves.

If the incidence rises above 1,000 in the other districts and cities with gastronomic facilities of the Studentenwerk (Regensburg, Passau, Landshut, Straubing), gastronomic operations will also be restricted there. Please inform yourself on our website as well as on social media about all corresponding changes.

Until then, the current rules of conduct will continue to apply in the canteens and cafeterias (in particular, FFP2 masks are mandatory and entry is only permitted with 2G proof).
