The residential complex is located in the immediate vicinity of the city center. The way to the university is also short: the European campus is less than two kilometers away.

The building consists of a total of five floors. 60 living spaces are distributed on floors one to four. The 60 living spaces are divided into 2-, 3- and 4-person flat shares. For mobility-impaired students there is a disabled-friendly room in the 3-person shared flat on the first floor. All rooms are furnished with a bed, desk, wardrobe and curtains.

Common rooms

Depending on the size of the apartment, two to four people share a kitchen with a spacious dining area and a bathroom with toilet. In the 4-person flat shares there is also a private toilet. The highlight of the residential complex is a roof terrace with its own barbecue area.
