The residential complex was opened in October 2015 and provides all in all 208 apartments. Of these, 151 complete single apartments are equipped with a private kitchen and a private bathroom. The residential complex has two common rooms, one of which is equipped with a stage set, a beamer and a piano. The residential complex, which is situated in a very quiet location, is in close proximity to the University for Applied Sciences.
