Bräugasse
The residential complex, which has been administered since 1980 by the Studierendenwerk, provides all in all 95 accommodations directly at the Danube quay in the middle of the old town. The buildings constructed in the previous century were originally used as salt barns, whereby the central building was included as the head building and passage for Germany’s first stud bridge in 1869. Of the total of 95 accommodations, three are equipped with their own kitchenette and bathroom. 74 accommodations have their own bathroom and the kitchens are shared between 4 and 13 tenants, depending on the size. The bathroom and the kitchen are shared in 7 2-person flat shares and one 4-person flat share.
