The residential complex built in 1993 provides all in all 149 dwelling places spread over two houses. As forms of living, shared-living flats for three and five occupants are available, in which the occupants each share one kitchen and a bathroom. The apartments are partly equipped with balconies.

Common room

The complex itself does not have any common rooms. The common house of the residential complex Dr.-Gessler-Straße is available for collective use. The common rooms there invite the occupants to get to know each other and get together in a pleasant ambience. A table tennis table and a kicker are also there for use. A separate TV room is also available.
