The student housing complex is located in the immediate vicinity of the city center and the way to the university is also short: the campus of the DIT is only about one kilometer away.
There are a total of 83 student apartments in the complex - 31 apartments in house 55 and 52 apartments in house 55a. There are 79 single flats, which are equipped with their own kitchenette and bathroom. Four places are divided between two 2-person shared flats. All living spaces are equipped with a bed including mattress, desk, chair, wardrobe, mobile pedestal, lamps and curtains. The kitchen is equipped with a cooker, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave and sink. An internet connection is also available.

There is a common room for residents in the basement. It is equipped with chairs and tables, flip chart and foosball.

There are parking spaces for bicycles in the basement as well as outside. The laundry lounge with washing machines and dryers is also in the basement.
Car parking spaces are available outside and in a separate underground garage.
